Who we are

Founded in 2025, 78M sprang from a simple but urgent observation: pathology still lags behind the pace of modern medicine. We discovered that the only tools available on the market were either slow, research-only platforms or expensive, difficult-to-implement solutions. So we decided to build something different: fast, accurate, and affordable.

OUR MISSION

We aim to streamline the pathology workflow, making it faster and more reliable. By automating slide scanning and analysis, we allow clinicians to focus on patient care rather than paperwork.

We address two critical pain points:

Long turnaround times: Parallel scanning and Computer Vision driven analysis run simultaneously while the next sample is being prepared.

Variable accuracy: Consistent, data-driven interpretations reduce human error.

OUR TECH

We’re currently developing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for fertility specialists. This MVP examines sperm samples with the speed and consistency of a well-trained analyst.

Why it matters:

Speed: Analysis time is reduced from days to hours.

Scalability: The same computer-vision model can be retrained for many tissue types.

OUR VALUES

Accessibility: Affordable, cloud-first solutions that anyone in a pathology lab can deploy.

Integrity: End-to-end data privacy ensures patient data is encrypted and accessible only to the patient and their treating physician.

Passion & Pride: Every line of code is written with the goal of improving lives, and we celebrate each milestone.

Innovation-First Culture: Inspired by the best places we’ve worked, we foster collaboration, continuous learning, and bold experimentation.

OUR IMPACT

Our mission is to serve fertility specialists and their patients, with an immediate focus on expanding our services to other fields.

Currently, we are actively applying for government grants, consulting with clinicians, and diligently building our Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

Our vision for the future is a world where every slide is scanned, analysed, and ready for review in a fraction of the time it takes today.
